Not pristine surfaces but not terrible. Plenty of detail left. What is it worth? C0FC82F3-2F4B-4FB3-80A0-EFFB348A1D89.png F4C5FF32-0242-454C-A729-DAD10BF9473F.png

Yours appears to be the small date:

I‘m more in the 60-80$ Price Range.
Looks like a F15 or slightly better.

I see large date... no curl on the 2 and the position is directly under the curl not ahead of it

$20 doesn’t buy much of anything in U.S. coins from this era these days.

I was shocked to do $50 price tags on common variety Civil War tokens at the summer FUN show. When I was dealer, I sold them for $11 to $15 about 15 years ago in EF and AU. The old timers said they sold for 10 cents apiece in the early 1960s.

Lots and lots and lots of Large cents availible for $20 and under.. I've proved that over and over and over :D
Though I do admit that is a very nice one for $20

Don't think so???? Here are a few $20 LCs almost all bought in the last 2 years

I used to find decent ones for $20 years ago but rarely today. This coin cost me $45 but an xf coin according to numismedia would be over $200 with no issues.

I miss the days when they were $5-6 in a dealer's junk box. Many were not junk if you knew how to properly clean the dirty ones.
