Yes that's a ' good thing '. Your photos need more light. Congrats. Check ebay and see what they're asking.
Go to your local coin dealer and they can tell you all about it. You have to send it in to PCGS/NGC. Most dealers will do it for a small fee. Grading isn't too expensive. Someone else should talk about that though, I've never done it. http://www.ngccoin.com/index.aspx http://www.pcgs.com/
If you continue to collect coins wait until you get several you feel are worth submitting. Then apply to NGC or PGS and submit the coins yourself. Call them, they will clearly answer all your questions. Take your time. Get to learn about this hobby. It grows on you and you'll learn a ton about our country's coins and their history. The folks here are great. It is fun to show off your coins whether they are VG or MS. We love good clear photos. zeke
Well thank you all for the coin lessons so far... a few are rude and just say what they think and dont explain... but for the most part there are plenty of those who extend much courtesy... thanks again guys! and I hope I can get some very clear photos as the time goes on.. lol I am currently shooting with my camcorder cause it is the only thing that will zoom that much without losing focus.
