That is one of the most definitive woodies I have seen for a memorial. Very nice.

That is a nice 25-S. Those are hard to find with or without the grain.

Had our local coin show today. As big as this place is, it is the one and only each year. Not exactly a major show, but I still managed to pick up a few.

The 32-D has very light grain, but still a nice coin. The 34-D has much more color than grain and more color than my picture shows. That is a real nice coin

This may not be the best coin out there, but nice grain to it.

    Hey RLM's

Nice pick ups. With the grain being relatively light on those coins , is there a way to make/allow them to tone further so that you achieve a more dramatic effect ?

My guess is that they will "tone" further with age/poor storage. However, at this stage, I am not going to play with the only ones I have for these dates.

    Nice pickups Dick!

The 32D has a small spot of verdigris. If you use a toothpick to apply one tiny drop of VC to that, let it stand for about 5 minutes and dab off....it would be improved. :smile
