What would you grade this coin at?

    I picked this 1824 large Coronet Head cent up to day for $25.00! What would you grade it at?

    IMHO I would only guess EF-40. Whatever it grades at, you got one heck of a deal.

    The guy I bought it off of had just refused a price of $35.00 on a 1855 Slanting 5 VF and i said well I'll give you $25.00 on this one (1824) and he say's ya I can do that!!!! I almost felt guilty giving him the money! (only for a second)

    Ha ! Ha ! I'll bet you felt guilty. Anyway the "guy" was right to refuse the offer on the 1855 as they start at $ 50.00 in VF.

    Your's no matter what start at $ 25.00 in just Good condition.
