What will NGC grade this Roosie?

    Are the marks at the bottom of Roosevelt fingerprints??

    Grade: MS67 FB/FT?

    I don't believe that is a fingerprint on Roosevelt. I believe it is just from the album toning.

    Looks like a fingerprint to me. I'd guess they say 65.

    edit - I really can;t see it going any higher than 65 because of the hits on the forehead, the eyebrow and the nose. And were it not for the fact that the toning hides these marks so well, and a TPG bump for color, I don't think would even get the 65.

    Looks like a fingerprint to me as well but I think it is a solid premium gem (MS66).
