2010 Mexico Centennial "no points" error 5 peso "Especial"

Does anyone know more about the so-called "Especial" error of the 2010 5 peso Centennial coin?

Hi Dave the 5 Peso coin you are talking about I think is the same as the 2008 5 Peso
Type A24.7, #7, Bi-Metallic,
Aluminum-Bronze Center, &
Stainless Steel Ring, 7.070g,
Francisco Primo de Verdad y
Ramos
It does not have the two dots, one on either side on the obverse.
