1972 D No "FG" / DD Kennedy

    I found these in the last few boxes of halves I looked through. The picture with two coins is of 2 1972 D halves, I am wondering if they would be considered no/weak "FG"? If you hold the halves in the light you can still see something, the scan makes it look slightly less than it really is. The other picture is of a 1972 D also that has some sort of doubling. Do you think it is just machine doubling, or something more? Are any of these coins worth anything? img341small.jpg img340small.jpg

    For the two side by side Kennedy's, Negative on the No FG for the coin on the left. Can you provide a close up of the area in question for the coin on the right in addition to a close up of the "WE TRUST 72 Area on the obverse?

    For the cut out, simple machine doubling which can be quite common on this era of Kennedy's.
