    Thanks for posting Christian. I am luke warm on the Italian piece, I expect more from them. It reminds me of a post Battista Cuban piece. Lemme see if I can dig it out of my collection. See the similarities ??? :cool:

    Yes, and I actually like it when buildings are depicted "differently". In many cases a full frontal view, or maybe an aerial view, is shown on a coin - on these two pieces a different perspective is used.

    Then again, I do like the Aquileia coin that I mentioned better than the Naples (Sta. Chiara) pieces. Unfortunately it is also quite a bit more expensive. :rolleyes: An image is here: http://www.honscha.de/bilder/10it102.jpg

    Ahhh that one is much better, Christian. I like it, but the building looks like its part of an old "Pac-man" game board.
