1974 d khd ddr?

Any opinions if this is in fact a doubled die? It's most evident on LF DOLLAR and to a lesser extent on RICA. What would be the value if it was not machine doubling?

It looks like machine doubling; it's almost like it's a "Poor Man's Doubled Die."

Strike doubling was very common on the Kennedy's of the early 70's.
