Well congratulations eric0911... Please send me your shipping address and these will be mailed out for you on Monday.. All I require is that you opost images of what I have sent you on CT in this Thread... Can you do that??
I thought about that and then I realized that my son of 9 (almost) is not allowed to roam around on the Web much less have any sort of page. I am in my mid 50's + and do not have a face book page...It will be quite a while before I would even consider it for my son..26-27 maybe..
Quite generous of you Rickie I wish CT was around 12 years ago and you said this I would have been 11 then Congrats! to whomever get's this set!
I'm 13 and I don't have a Facebook page, nor do I have a Twitter account (I don't even like it; I hear that it can get obsessive for some people, and I fear that it would be me!). I have full internet access, but I only use it for numismatic and Photoshop purposes.
Very kind of you RickieB! Wow! Lucky young man, that Eric0911!! And Eric, NICE REPORT CARD! Congratulations on both! Lucy (p.s. I've never looked at facebook either!!)(for fear more than anything else)
lol, I used twitter for a few weeks, than I realized it was only for if you wanted to know when celeberties got on the toilet
I'm 14 and I have a Facebook page......I have gotten strange friend requests before but that's why they have a ignore button, plus the block button.
Rickie , I'm 57 and just opened one about two weeks ago at the urging of a friend , I alrady am in touch with my 1st real girlfriend and a bunch of people from HS , never thought I'd do it either . Rusty
I had one for the longest and had only one friend that sent the request to me. When FB blew up big all my friends and family are on there and that is how I stay current with them as many live far away. Just like anything it can be used for good or evil! Depends on the person. Great contest for the YNs and I wish this stuff was around when I was young!!! Good job on the grades Eric0911!
Congrats Eric! I'm a genealogist and I've been on Facebook for a couple of years hunting for long lost family. I finally found a cousin about a month ago and then upon searching through his friends list made a ton more connections. Also, I had a snafu over Christmas with Best Buy. Hours on the phone yielded zero results but a quick Facebook post on the Best Buy page and within minutes I was contacted with a solution. So yes, Facebook can be used for good.
