I give up. Apparently the flaws that I imagine on dimes either aren't really flaws, or aren't visible to the TPG's.

Thanks for the contest! I definitely understand more now than I did at the beginning, even though there's still plenty of room for confusion and frustration...

 

I have an '87 Morgan that looks just like that. It is PCGS and it is a 64. I know that I'm not part of the contest, but I would have guessed that.
