Hi! I was wondering if someone could tell me what this coin is. I have a few colonial coppers that look similar to this but I can't place this one. Is this a half penny? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!:)

There is also a Hibernia farthing. You can measure and or weigh it to be sure which it is.

It weights 1/4 of an ounce and it's a tiny bit over an inch around.

you are right however the farthing has different words on the Obverse.

This is not quite correct, there are different varieties of farthings, some of which have the same legends as the halfpenny. This does appear to be a halfpenny however judging by the weight and size.
