    The reverse has a circle or an O beside the E in vent and a die chip on the T in cent.

    The circle is probably a stain. Yes, to an IDB at the T in Cent.

    The bump on the T is an IDB or die chip, I have no idea what the little circle looking thing is.

    The T is a die break and I can’t tell from the circle what it is.

    Is the "O" area raised or incused? Usually, you can use a toothpick to gently go over the area and tell if it is one or the other, or, just flat, which would mean most likely a stain of some type.
