I finally got it for my collection! I finally did

So we all have that prized piece we want to add to our collection, including myself.
I got ripped off on CT trying to buy it here twice, until I found it on ebay for a price I could not possibly imagine!

I bought 1 Series 1995 $65 Food Stamp booklet last week and it arrived today

Now I'd like to share pictures but I will not scan it because UV and I would have to fold it to scan the notes (as I will not take it apart!)

I am just so happy I finally got my prized piece I had to tell someone

How collectable are Food Stamp booklets? I have some rations coupon booklets, I think from the 30's , are they collectable?

the ration booklets are more likely from WWII. people do collect them but there is not much of a premium on them.

 

I, to would be interested in how the OP got "ripped off" twice here.

 

Let's just say I tried to buy the same thing from CT members twice (those who will not be named as I have no need to start drama, in fact I haven't seen either on in a very long time) and I paid them immediately and have never seen anything in my mail box

Wow they are worth that much? Long ago I would sent them to a guy who bought them off of my for a little over face. And Yes I was on the program. Oh well you live and learn.
