Very, very worn. Thats pretty crazy though because the only Lincoln cent I have that looks that worn is a 1910. A whole 54 years older than yours, so yours has seen its better days.
Actually, you are on the right track. It was stuck in the fin of a commercial clothes dryer at a laundromat. They tumble with other coins until they look like this. Have Fun, Bill
