My wife said if I damaged the tire, it would come out of my coin budget. Luckily, as you predicted, the tire was fine. I did end up destroying one of the blocks, though.
She found it hilarious. Fortunately, she lets me do these crazy things. The kids joined in and sat in the car for “added weight”. We had fun with this “experiment”.

And good news, all coins have been freed from their tomb! Two dimes are stuck together still. Couldn’t break them with pliers. I’m thinking freezer and hammer. Otherwise, here’s what I freed (note, some of the coins I pulled months earlier and did not count.
    1x 50 cent piece
    93x nickels
    141x dimes
    87x quarters
    TBD on pennies.
Approximate value: $46. Value paid: $25. Hours spent on this: probably 10. And yes, I will error hunt the cents before taking them to the bank.

Made one small correction there for you. :) And you forgot to add all the entertainment it's provided the rest of us!

acrylic was invented in 1907 i believe.also why invest all that effort into such a fruitless task when i bet someone else would pay more to just have it the way it is.
