It's very hard to tell the grade from the scan you posted. IMO photos are better than scans because they capture the luster or shine of the coin. It looks like there is some wear on the high points, the eagle's breast feathers on the reverse and the hair around liberty's ear, and some wear on the neck line which indicates to me that the coin is AU.
Red Book value of an AU50 to MS60 1886 Morgan is $30-40.

Hello..NGC puts the MS65 for that year at 156 dollars. MS64 sixty dollars. Looking at the coin..I would slab it. This link has helped me pricing a coin or attaining fair value. http://www.ngccoin.com/poplookup/NGCCoinPriceGuide.asp. They are conservative in pricing as well as grading. I have found PCGS prices a little higher. Retail prices can be out of control..Peace Tony67

Hard to tell from scans as Racebannon said b/c the luster is diminished with scans and the luster is a must-er.:D It's definitely not an MS coin, still very nice tho and worth $30 or maybe $40. AU58

With shipping and insurance, it will cost more than $50 if you are just sending one coin. Even if you send a 5-coin minimum for a lower tier charge, the 1886 really isn't worth submitting for grading. You can probably buy an MS64 for less than it will cost to submit one.
