    pf 68 awesome color

  4. It looks like there's a few scratches in the field near Lincoln's nose and at 3 o'clock, but it might be the holder. I'll guess pf 67. I love the complete rainbow all the way around

I see scratches that I am pretty sure are on the coin. PF-66?

The scratches to the left of Lincolns head , to me , would limit the grade to
    PF-66 . Love the coloring .

  14. I will go with PF66 if the scratches are on the coin. If not, PF67. TC

Awesome bullseye! I would give this a PF 68. That is with the assumption that the scratches are on the cover and not the coin.

Wow, some GREAT guesses for crappy, thru-slab pics of a proof! I am impressed!

Darn, I was flipping between the * or Cameo designation... do they even give *'s to proofs?

To be honest I'm amazed they gave a 66. Normally they are much more picky with Proof coins that have been mishandled.

Mishandled? NOT! The dealer I bought this from submitted it to NGC in the OMP. Improperly stored? Maybe. Do I care? NO! LOLOLOLOL It's a killer toner that's slabbed baby! :D
