Ok help. I want to put together a US type set Album. The Dansco and the Intercept have too many rare coins that I do not think I can assemble either of them on my budget. I picked up the Whitman 20th Century album which will be doable for me. The only problem is the holes don't seem to be big enough for the coins without a lot of work. Any ideas as far as fitting them in the holes without a fight or damaging the book?

    Thanks,

    Erin

    hamman88 Spare some change, sir?

They'll go in. Though sometimes a dowel rod helps...wouldn't recommend it anything but worthless heavy circulated.

I have the same album, and yes the holes are very tight, especially if you put any proofs in there. Make sure you take the pages out when inserting the coins, and using a very soft cloth, or pair of gloves you can get them in pretty easily without marking up the coins.
