    NewB....Unless I'm shooting macro on a note vignette ,I find a scanner does a nice job .

Conner1 and NewB...NICE notes. They both face up nicely, and I love the big blue seal on the funnyback.

Scanner is much cheaper than the SLR

Thanks Conner, I honestly never thought about the scanner, I sure will give it a shot and maybe crop it after.

    Fractional Notes

Thanks everyone for your comments and Conner, NewB to this forum for me and I'll grade myself as apprentice to collecting. I'm just the owner of this collection, not the creator.....it belonged to my deceased father inlaw and I'm learning out of necessity. The notes I'm displaying are for sale and in order to find their value to a collector I must become one. I wish I had the time to enjoy them more, unfortunatly my real job is much more demanding. Retirement is growing close though if the Lord is willing.

Well more eye candy.......Fractional notes......Well circulated ones at that.

Only problem is that if it were true anytime soon, it would probably mean our economy was suffering hyper-inflation and we'd have even more varieties of notes to try to collect, plus they'd rapidly become obsolete as well!

I can see it now.......Bubble Gum 1,000,000+tax....Sugar free so not to offend Health Care. Actually the government will have already forced everyone to implant the ID chip and currency will be totally obsolete. We'll be collecting old I-phones and I-pads.....LOL.
