Sort of like the people who leave their outside Xmas lights up (and on!?) all year around. The person in charge doesn't even need to remove the code. Just "Comment" it out. Then it's there for the next Xmas.
I only just took down my tree last weekend! Can't imagine anyone being bothered by the banner... Still LOOKS like Christmas here in the north.. Lucy
Every time I tune in to CT I hear " Happy Christmas " from a distance. That would be my better half, so yes, its time for it to go...
And was "Happy" used instead of "Merry" because all other holidays use "Happy" and so Christmas felt left out? -LTB
Don't get me wrong. I love Christmas, but that banner needs to go. :computer: It is almost Valentine's Day. :cupi!: TC
How about making the banner international? Feb. 3rd Chinese New Year (Year of the Rabbit "Nah, what's up doc?"). One for me - Apr. 13th-15th Songkran, Thai New Year (water festival). Can't be bothered to find any more but http://www.earthcalendar.net/index.php provides plenty.
