I wasnt sure where to post this so I put it here. I got some presidental Dollars as a gift from someone for my daughters first birthday. I got 10 of them. I put them in slabs for safe keeping for now. The woman that gave them to me was rather suprised I was going to save them and give them to my daughter when she is older. I was wondering what you collectors would do? How old do you think I should give these to her? How do I keep them from toning like my mother's day silver bullion coin did? I would ask my husband NPCoin his idea on this but this is somehting I want to do on my own and say I did this for you.
And you did it well! Except I messed it up by putting it into a different place Anyway! Welcome to the forum! Jim
That was a very nice gift. Consider buying a folder to put them in and continue to accumulate the new presidential issues as they are released. I would give them to her at a later time when she is learning the presidents in school. Sounds like a great sharing day item in about 7 or 8 years from now. TC
