A simple question who was the best president and who deserves to be
    Recognized on paper currency.

Correct me if I am wrong, but wasn't this topic the subject of a very heated debate in a rather lengthy thread last year?

Lincoln and Kennedy were (IMO only) the best presidents. Both are already recognized on currency (Kennedy wouldn't look good on paper haha).
Grant being on the $50 bill follows the most important rule of history:
Winner takes the spoils, winner prints the money.

While I'd love to chime in here, it would be futile as this thread is destined to be closed. I wish we could debate politics here, but I don't make the rules.

They should re-up the Educational series with allegorical figues and their corresponding famous Americans, like the originals. Along with that, replace the presidents on the coins with Liberty Head devices.

Yes it was... and mpcusa ended up posting about 26 times the same redundant message promoting Regan with no supportive reaonsing in that thread when we last discussed the topic of Regan replacing Grant on the $50. There is a 'mirror' thread running now in which he felt so compelled to begin this poll to win his so-called argument.

I would lend a vote to replacing the Presidents with allegorical figures that symbolize the tenets of the US. Don't replace Grant with Regan, if a change is to be made, bring back allegory and iconic figures once common on US coin and currency.

I vote for allegorical all the way!!! Otherwise leave Grant on it! My favorite President is actually FDR (not because of the dime) but he is already in use.

And you still haven't provided substantive reasoning for why Regan should replace Grant on the $50 note. What are the list of accomplishments you will use to unseat a figure like Grant? That was my argument with you, not which man was a better President.

The thread where this poll-thread was hatched: Ronald Reagan

For further insight into polls on this matter in which Regan did not win support for placement on the $50: Ronald Reagan on the $50
