So my question to all of you who do know, is whats up with this coin? Is that a legit PCGS holder and if so, why is no one bidding on the coin given the value according to the PCGS website in that condition?
That is not a PCGS-graded coin. The insert says "PCS" and is probably a self-slabber. The coin looks like it has been improperly cleaned and/or polished. Chris
PCS is a guy in his garage.... and I know him funny enough... He's pretty well known in my area. He hits coin shows locally. The coin probably hasn't been cleaned because they don't buy cleaned stuff. More likely it's a slider.
