That's a good point baha but I keep them pretty much all in the SDB so it's not a worry. And that was a great price you got that last toner for. Nice pick up and Krypto you got more for that price
I'm hoping he gives the CT folks first shot at the new load from FUN before they hit the 'bay.... maybe a cost + 5% blue tag sale on the 'CT would turn them fast-fast for ya.. lest they go 'bay and you have to mess with all that documentation, fees, and work (blech),, think of the ease of it Shane !?
Okay, here is a rainbow toned full step Jefferson Nickel from a no reserve E-Bay auction last month. PCGS Price Guide is $35 for MS65 FS and $140 for MS66 FS.
Once again I'll stay on the low side with $100. It's interesting to me that any of the posted guesses so far might be right—meaning that, even after all the "practice" that's taken place on this thread, with guesses and explanations by some very knowledgeable people, that toning premiums seem as unpredictable as ever. There are so many factors, maybe with the main one being that some of you can spot gems in the rough among all the bad photos on ebay. (That might define the low side, with the high side maybe defined by someone's sheer desire to own a particular toner.)
Okay I just found this thread so here it is a 1955 Proof Roosevelt NGC PF69 "Star" Cameo Numismedia Retail Price $425
