Red book has some in the back but I don’t know if that’s a complete list. As for collecting them, I only have a few Philippine coins.

Absolutely not. The Red Book only lists Phillipine coins for the period under US administration, which are really US coinage.

It does not list true foreign coins struck by the US mints, such as the Belgian post-war steel 2 francs, struck on left over 1943 wheatie planchets.

Unfortunately, the Mint's official website has no information on this subject. The >> Historical Images << page only covers coins produced for domestic use during the past decade or so.

The US mints have made many coins for foreign countries, from Australia to Venezuela.
Domestic and Foreign Coins Manufactured by Mints of the United States 1793-1980, published by Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Mint, 1981, has mintage figures.

Foreign Coins struck at United States Mints by Charles G. Altz and E. H. Barton, published by Whitman Publishing Company, 1965, has information on these coins also.

My favorite is a Mexico Peso struck in San Francisco for China.

Only figure I have is for a 1942-S 6 pence minted in San Francisco for Fiji, about 400,000 were minted. I actually have this one. This is actually rarer than the 1909 S VDB Lincoln cent, lol, but is not nearly as valuable because few seem to care. It's not rarity alone that makes a coin valuable, but its rarity (aka supply) relative to the demand for it. Still, nice looking coin, and still worth about the $3 I paid (its value has nearly perfectly kept pace with inflation).

OK, it's necro, but it happens I was looking at the best source today for another reason, so here it is:

    https://catalog.hathitrust.org/Record/000224621

Domestic and foreign coins manufactured by mints of the United States, 1793-1980 / Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Mint.

It is viewable at that link, but not downloadable.
