PMD or error

    I think its PMD but i wanted to check with some of you. The obverse has parts worn away , thanks for the help.

    Looked like that coin went through a coin machine

    It may be PMD from a roll machine.

    IMO, The circular scratches suggest post mint damage.

    Definitely PMD.

    You answered your own question. If parts have been worn away then by definition it must be PMD. An error occurs before or at the time a coin is minted. Post-Mint damage occurs after a coin has been minted.

    I probably should have said "looks"worn away,sorry if I confused any of you.
