    His point was that patterns are extremely difficult to price and determining toning premiums on rare issues with very small collector bases is almost impossible. Having said that, it is nice to see your treasures and as long as you keep winning when others post, you can post anything you want. I have no guess on the price of that coin.

    Well that may be my most impressive guess yet becuase there was no research behind it lol

    Ok well here is a change of pace as I bought this pair of end rollers back in 2009 from a dealer at a local show in Orlando. Guess the price for the pair...

    pretty common date and grade,, dunno about the toning aspect, so will guess $250.

    What's wrong with a little research? This thread has been educational because it's encouraged me to look up (mostly on Heritage) toned issues I know little or nothing about. Can't imagine a better purpose of a thread. If I knew all about toning premiums I wouldn't be following it. :smile
