It really is simple. Just post pics of your own coins instead of this, "Oh here's the receipt...oh my friend has the pics...etc..."
You say a lot, but if you posted less about what you supposedly have, are going to do and actually just post pics of your coins, then you can then have the last word and restore your reputation in this matter.
:devil:Or would could give him a test! Like 1st question: How many kernels are on the left ear of corn on the reverse? What % of said kernels are required to be considered a Full Strike? Oh and Goggle wont help you either
The type 2 reverse has the word "Cents" written on the back. The word was first left off on the type 1 reverse. Joshua Tatum, a well known fraudster, gold plated the Type 1 rev nickels, and would walk away with $4.95 in change after buying a 5 cent item. The far more valuable one is the one without cents, even though that mintage is higher. The fact is, the Type 1's were saved. So they are common in Mint State and easily obtainable today. That year also has die cracks.
In your own words. Whats the difference between reverse of the 1901(type1) and reverse of the 1902(type2)
FINALLY! After nearly having to pull a tooth to get some resolution out of you, both in images and in eliminating doubt that you indeed possess any Liberty Head so-called 'V nickels' in your collection we now have something to go on... Sheesh! However, knowing how much coinmaster1 has helped you, it would be great to see you take a pic with that coin next to a sheet of paper that says something like, "My V for CT" to show its indeed in your possession and not some elaborate plan between you and coinmaster1. At this point given all of you two's tomfoolery and Stooging about, anything seems possible. At least you have proved that you can post pics on CT... maybe now we can start seeing the rest of your heavenly collection in appropriate threads on these coins. Thanks.
That was me who took those pics. If you don't believe me now then you never will. My dad took and put up those pics. And the pics are under my name. Not coinmaster1. And im not reshooting them next to a piece of white paper. You'll just have to deal with the pics I posted. And your wrong about an elaborate plan. So can you unblock me and can we be friends again?
I'm just saying that there were ways of going about this without creating such a large amount of doubt and as you see it can quickly do more harm and be harder to un-do once you allow the confusion to go on and on. All your insistence in previous posts could have been summed up in simply posting your pics, as you finally have done. So thanks again.
Never had any hard feelings towards you. No worries there. Was only waiting to see you share some examples of the coins you love so much.
