I forgot what it is. I'll look it up tonight.

It's in an old Green PCI 10 digit holder. MS63 PQ RB. I bought it raw from David Bowers almost 20 years ago as an MS64.

Neither would have surprised me, but I think I am more on Bower's side than PCI. However, the RB kind of surprises me.

Let's switch the series up a little bit, shall we?!

EDIT: In hand, this coin was really something. I'm a little sad that I no longer own it, but I bought it just for a flip.

I was hoping it would stay on the Roosevelts for a while, but Frankies work too. Here's a nice one I have, and if we are still on Franklins come tomorrow I will attempt to photograph and post my only serious toner in the series. Enjoy!

My two toners of the set. (Yeah, probably will be replaced because let's face it, I'm prejudice toward the whites.) Still, thought I would share and practice my photography skills in capturing tone.

And the hard one to capture: had to sacrifice some detail to get the tone. One day I'll be good at both...

And a different view with better lighting for the shades of spotty red:

Nice Franklins for a dime guy! That '49-D might find it's way into a holder? Here's one for someone undecided to go toned or not.

Whoa, there! I'm not done showing off Franklins yet! (Sorry, Swish and Lehigh)

If it wasn't for the spot...

Fishfinder, thank you so much for the compliment on the '49-D. Your '54-D isn't too shabby either! I think I'll keep mine in the 2X2. It's nice, but grading companies intimidate me and I prefer my coins raw.

Here's my Type Set coin. 1963, NGC MS 69 * Cameo. A real beauty if I say so myself.

Nice proof TJ, maybe one side didn't make the ultra so the Star? Hey dimeguy , I'd be drooling over that 49-D in a NGC FBL.
    OK the other '63...
