Is there any other coin beside Indian Head Penny..

That has the profile of (what looks like) an Indian head on it? I'm looking at something the size of say a quarter. Are there any others beside the penny? If so what might they be?

can we have a picture?

is it copper colored? a really worn down large cent?

 

As far as US coins that size maybe a half cent? I'm guessing the coin is rather worn or it is a token or medal. A photo would help much.
