Countdown Under an hour from go time... Good luck to you U.S. Mint... Silver spot price is currently $27.07 (Ask)
Gentlemen, Long time no talk! Hope all has been well here on CT. Whos looking forward to 2010 proofs as much as me!?
Welcome back! :hail: Been wondering what happened to you! I think if you read back through this thread you will find the answer to your question... :thumb: Under 30 minutes till go time now...
I've already got the page pulled up. They screwed up my subscription (officially) so I have to order like everybody that didn't have one. Which sucks. Ugh. Last time I buy from them. T-22 minutes
I have the page up too so that I can see how slow it gets. Just doing my part to eat up bandwidth. So what happened to your subscription? And if this is such a problem why deal with them today at all?
Not entirely sure. They couldn't tell me. Just know its not there anymore. SUCKS! And because I foresee these having a decent premium in the short and probably long term too. Just trying to get it cheap as possible.
Thanks Krispy! I miss this place... been busy opening my own business (big move for a 23 year old) and I also had to sell most of my collection to fund the business start up so its painful to log on to CT. Ill be lurking around more and more im sure- just must resist the urge to spend all my money on coins WEE HAWWW 8 min till buying time Damn it im bad at not spending money on coins!
Page not sluggish at all right now. Still reloading really fast. 5 minutes. Edit: How often do we count down to the release of a coin? Edit2: And it slows down
G' Afternoon All! I have a subscription, but am logged into the website to witness the carnage first hand. I may buy one or two other things just to enhance the experience! :dead-horse:
Hey there Yakpoo! I'm in the same boat as you, logged on as an observer, content with my subscriptions... more than I can say about the Mint's recent error with subscription status though.
hahaha it was going fast as could be till RIGHT NOW and now its a lag fest like its 1995 and im trying to access a webpage with a picture on it!
I was careful about that. However it may not matter. "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" Crashed.
The Mint web site is saying to me... "Help, I've fallen and I can't get up!" They're just updating the page for new products to go on sale...
sigh... when will they learn how the internet works and change how they release coins!? At least their aware of their stupid system and already saying sorry for it before it happens lol.
It's inexcusable to acknowledge their failing but to proceed without doing something to rectify it... what do they do instead? Spend more money on new packaging design and branding.
