What to do with $1.20 in gold

So I came across a 100mills plated 24k 5gm "Buffalo" Bar (Cr*P I know I got it for free)
Any interesting uses for this plating can I do anything interesting with it other than look at something I know is 100% fake (Other than the $1.20 in 24k gold.), and or throw it in the trash
