A bit of a mix here.... some Canadian and some U.S.:

First of all my favorite- inverted serial number. So far the only one from the current series discovered:

One of my mismatched serial number notes. This one has three digits mismatched:

    A miscut Canadian 1973 $1:

A U.S. $1 missing digit with bookend notes:

    A U.S. $10 with a stuck digit:

    A U.S. $1 with four gutter folds:

Consecutive U.S. $1 with stuck digits:

Very nice notes guys! I'd have to say the inverted serial on the Canadian $10 is my favorite as well! Here is another of mine that I got from circulation this summer.

pretty cool paper bills you have all. i really do not understand all the details on paper bills yet.
trying to learn but it is confusing me some. why are you wishing for that guy seems to me as i said before i thought he posted fakes.
everything i saw looked spankin new just does not seem like a person can have that many new looking paper bills.
what is a good book to learn about these kinds of mistakes?

The collector you are talking about collected high grade notes. He's been a member of a couple of forums and a friend to a lot of the members. I'm sure there are at least a hundred who know him personally and can vouch for his honesty and integrity. I've watched him expand his collection and I have seen the notes he has purchased in the various auctions.

They are very expensive and valuable. There are a few dealers who specialize in notes of this quality. When a collector specializes, what you saw in his collection is the result. It took a long time to accumulate those notes- searching for them, watching and waiting for them to appear in the marketplace, making contacts and saving the funds to purchase them.

Banknotes are not like coins. There are serial numbers on each and everyone of them which prevents someone from posting a phoney possession. I have seen notes at auction that I personally have been outbid on and then seen them posted in a forum by the new owner.

Most of the expensive notes have a pedigree and can actually be traced back to previous collectors.

All of my error notes have been recorded and documented.

To learn about error notes, there are several books available. These two are a good start:

it just does not add up for me i suppose. maybe it is just alot for me to try to understand. i wonder what it would be like to have a real collection.
how expensive are you talking about. how can anyone afford these very expensive paper bills as you claimed they were. how do you know and where can you find the costs.
i am curious. if this guy is for real where in the cyber space is this person at. just appears to staged for me. i am a very suspicous person anyway.it would help if the person would show sometime.

Justin4All, some people actually are very successful in life and make a lot of money. Some spend their money on cars, some on houses, some on extravagant vacations. This collector spent it on collecting paper. I can personally vouch for his honesty and integrety and even have a couple of notes that previously belonged to him. You are in the wrong place to say anything negative against him as he has shown over many years his dedication, honesty and passion for this hobby. He also has many connections with the top experts in paper money and through him, many of us have gotten countless books signed by these great experts. It's not that hard to understand that some people make a lot of money and therefore can afford many high grade notes. It is the same with coins, look at the back of any redbook and see the millions of dollars people spend for one single coin.

My only error note; Anybody have an idea on value?

Who said anything about attending college? I only went for two years before dropping out. My attitude towards paper bills is the same as yours. With that said...

My problem isn't necessarily with your level of intelligence, it has more to do with you being a newbie to this forum. As a newbie, you have no ground whatsoever to call anybody out on anything... it's flat-out disrespectful to the other posters here. Read, observe and learn... then post. A bit better punctuation and grammar wouldn't hurt either.

EDIT: You do realize you can just edit your post instead of double-posting, right? I can tell you're new to forums...

Also, I think you cut off an entire chunk of the lords prayer there... and I haven't been to church in well over a decade.
