Aloha everyone, I just finished an online bidding on a 1913 PF-63 BN Matte Proof Lincoln cent. The bidding finished at $500, it said I was the high bidder. Later today there will be a live auction. Will Heritage email you, telling you that you won or not? I'd like to know, because my heart is racing.
The coin may be included in the live bidding. You will have to log into your account and click the live bidding enabled button to bid in the auction. I'll look at the auction and come back with info for you.
Yes the lot you are bidding on is in the live auction. Bidding begin at 10 a.m. central time. Good luck .
Of course they will let you know if you won (or not), they want to be paid if you win don't they? ...and they will also try to keep you as a customer if you do not win by extending their services in follow up emails. Good luck and be patient while you wait out the finish of the auction.
You can watch the live auction by clicking the heritage live button. There is no audio for this auction so you will have to keep an eye out for when the lot comes to the floor.
Live bidding over and NO email telling me that I won or not. Ok, I guess if they don't want my money..
If you bid $500, then you won the coin. The $575 hammer is a $500 bid + 15% juice. Be patient, they will send you the coin, and then send you a bill. I would expect that the coin would arrive some time this week. Patience & congrats on your win.
Coin looked alright at first, until I discovored that you can look alot closer. Maybe I've seen too many nice MPL's because after getting a close up on I thought was a few spots, some deep black carbon spots. This MPL, to be honest, I think it has been circulated.
