I was wondering what techniques people in here use to preserve/store zinc coins. I tried searching online but it did not help much. Thoughts?

Zinc is extremely tarnish resistant, Just in case you did not know it is actually used to Chrome Steel.
Just keep it out of humidity and in a non acidic case.

If the coins are important Acrylic is preferred. Otherwise, A non PVC cardboard coin container will suffice just fine

    Actually it's just the reverse.
It's one of the more reactive metals.
That's why it's used to coat steel (galvanized).
Zinc will protect the steel by taking all the environmental punishment.
    Think about 1943 Lincolns.
But once the zinc coating is breached, then the steel starts to rust.
    Again think about 1943 Lincolns.

Seal zinc (or zinc coated) coins as best as you can.
For inexpensive coins 2x2's will work as long as you keep an eye on them.
For better coins I would suggest something like Airtites.

    kanga is right! :thumb:
zinc will react with your other coins.
so keep them in a different book or place & sealed if you can
