    If I am reading that correctly, their "seeking damages for multiple claims" are basically limited to trying to recover the coins they submitted to be graded. It seems PCGS has "confiscated" them.

    One question might be whether PCGS just confiscated them, or if they are being held as evidence in their lawsuit. If they are being held as evidence though I would not expect them to be under PCGS's control but rather held by the lawyers or the courts. If they are in PCGS's hands and they do have to go back, they should go back raw.

    either in a body bag or in a slab that says

    "pos doctored coin"
    warning
    don't buy this except
    for face value

    and charge the guy for the slabs :D not the grade just the slabs and call the grade gratis :D

    Given all the press this is receiving in the numismatic world, if they slabbed it with something like;

    PCGS Genuine
    "Krill Doctored"

    I could see it fetching a premium down the line just for the slab. I'd send 'em back raw... in PVC flips, in a PVC holder, in a PVC coated envelope.

    Actually there are eleven companies participating in the lawsuit against TAZ . I'm not surprised that CU initiated the original lawsuit and took possession of the ( DNA ) so to speak. I used to do a good amount of business with TAZ in the late 90's and early 2000 and finally decided to discontinue that relationship over two incidents I had with purchases made. Needless to say, the firm never made good to me. I can't repeat my words I made to Silvano, because I'd get kicked out of here. LOL. What goes around , comes around .
