Yes. The dollars in specimen sets beginning in 1971 were available in silver or nickel. From 1971-1991 50% silver and 50% copper were available. In 1992-2002 and 2005-2008 .925 silver7.5 copper dollars were available. In 2003-2004 and 2006-2007 99.99 silver dollars were available. For some of the dates, individual coins were sold .
So when you say specimen sets your meaning like the RMP in 1973, the BC one in 71, voyager in 72, etc.?
