These were listed as "uncirculated" along with an unc 1964 Kennedy, a silver proof 2000 Kennedy and two Franklin proofs. I'm thinking the 1942 is legitimately MS, although not particularly nice. The 1943 looks maybe AU50-55 on the obverse to me, but I'm having trouble giving the reverse anything better than XF. Opinions?
The '42 looks to have unc details but it also looks to have been over-dipped - there's not a sign of luster remaining. The '43 has XF details and looks to have also been over-dipped and harhsly cleaned as well. Both are problem coins.
