First modern coin purchase, 1976 d dime error coin?

this is the first modern coin that i have purchased, until now i have only purchased older coins. the photo of this coin is from the sellers listing. the seller did not have a photo of the reverse of this coin, but the listing said that the reverse has the same type of raised rim that the obverse has. i have not yet reveived this coin in the mail. is this is a genuine error coin?

it's a dryer coin. not a real error. hope you didn't pay much more than .10 :thumb:
