Can anyone tell me if this 100 dollar bill has any value above its face value? CAM00386.jpg

Generally speaking, not yet but it will some day. The exception is eBay. People pay some unusual prices even for common items. Whether it will be cost efficient to sell it there, is another unknown.

I would tuck it away for a while. should gain in price but then again what will a paper money buy in a few years?

I doubt it ever will. That note had a print run of more than 6 million so they aren't rare. On top of that, it has been circulated. Large denomination bills tend to be hard to sell for more than face due to the large amount already in their face value...when they sell for more they tend to have to be something special. IMHO, this is not. It's a spender.
