Hello - Primarily a small time coin collector, but my wife has had these confederate bills for years and looking for some advice on:

    1) Value of the 8 bills?

    2) Should I get them graded and slabbed or is it not worth the money (little to no increase in value)?

All are crisp with the exception of the Georgia $100 bill which is very flimsy. Mostly looking to preserve for our two sons to have eventually.

Thanks in advance and I am long-time reader on the coin selection and enjoy all the expert advice in these forums. Justin

Based on the photos, they're worth roughly $30-$50 each. It's always neat to have a few Confederate notes though.

Hard to make out some of the Sn's Looks like most are Feb 17, 1864.. my eyes are not what they once were.

Ichecked the known lisyt of fakes and cant seem to find matching SN's.. Since you have them in hand check it out. I am not proficient at Civil War Notes, but I like them.

Thank you so much for your advice.

Anyone think I should send any of these in to get graded by PMG? Worth the money?
