lincoln proof set 4 coin

i thought these sets would sell for $20 but you can buy on ebay for under issue price, what gives, looks like I'm going to loose on my 5 set limit

You can get them on ebay for less than cost but they are probably sets with some issues. They had lots of problems at the mint this year with these sets (white spots, black spots, etc.).

I believe it is the mailing address. I know it was for the Chronicles Set.

Household limit.....Now if you can find another household, well, some folks was very succesfull employing that techniqe for the chronicles set (employed a different credit card too).
