Great note... right up his alley...

These notes do tend to get expensive fast...

Just checking in on the BB. Daggar - I would not give more than $100 for that note and would much more comfortable between 50 and 75. The most I have paid for a Radar is 300 for the red USN 2 I have.

That 20 may finish well over 100 and maybe over 200.

I do like them both but would not buy either unless something crazy happens with the 20 and no one bids it up.

Prices do sometimes get crazy with these notes but that 1 will never sell at that price.

So now I should slab a radar even if the numbers aren't right for Darryl?

Dan, Jim from DC collects that combination and would jump all over that note graded or not.
I would slab it if I were going to put it on ebay but not if I was going to sell it to a knowledgable private buyer. We could work it out and know the condition is accurate. I have paid as much as 200 for a 20 on ebay normal auction style. Then I have picked up some notes for 2 or 3 times face so as normal timing is everything on ebay!

I have taken about a year off of buying 656 notes on ebay so I really do not know how much the market for these has soffened but recently pennywise pointed out anther 656 note to me and in a normal auction style it closed much higher than I would want to pay. Maybe fancy note collectors are plum crazy but at least I know I am not the only one.
