Palestine 1 Pound

There are 4 issues of this note.
A dealer showed me the late one 1 January 1944,1 Pound,VF condition, and he is asking for 1500$
I know that palestine notes are rare, but is the 1944 one worth as the 1929?

what are their values?
thanks

he might be pretty close. in XF the note lists as $2000. It looks like all the issues from the country in that period are all pretty rare - all fetching thousands of dallar and up in the XF grades

This is one of those instances where you will really want to know your seller and examine the notes closely because so many of them have been cleaned, pressed, messed with.
