About 50% of these coins will probably remain uncirculated. Doesn't sound like a rarity to me. Sure the slab MS69 and MS70 scam will make some money for a while but I pity people holding those in about 10 years. From what I've seen this year there's a good chance that many of the rolled Lincolns will have black spots and such. I've only seen about 10 of the new Lincolns hit the register at work.
