Most of my eBay coin purchases have literally been nickel & dime kinda stuff seasoned with a 40+ year experience of casual collecting. I started when "Brilliant Uncirculated" was the ultimate coin. BTW this one's going back. I really don't need it since I already have an MS 1895-O. And you guessed it: it's "Brilliant Uncirculated."
