I don;t see any Fg and I have a great pair of eyes . I don't see any indication of a worn die honest. Being in circulation will never wear out the Fg that bad. i thing you have a no FG coin.Just My opinion now

A no FG coin is the result of a worn or over polished die - most likely an over polished one. For whatever reason they are sometimes collectible if BU. I have a '69 like this that was sent to me.
