    Ryan's Passage Contest! Round 2!

Heya everyone, and welcome to Round 2 of my contest.

Okay, since this was the first round, I went easy on a few of you. There were two main things wrong with the passage:

    1. There is no such thing a a 1934 Standing Liberty Quarter... it would be called the Washington Quarter since Standing Liberty Quarters were only made 'til 1930.

    2. There is no such thing as a 1943-S RD penny, since they were made of steel. Now some can argue that there have been red 1943 pennies, but none today have been graded by PCGS as MS66. I did state that I wanted all of them to be graded by PCGS.

Okay, so congrats to all of those who have made it to round 2! Lets get started, shall we?

REMEMBER, you are looking for statements/facts that are not or cannot be true. You are NOT looking for grammar mistakes.

    Round 2's Passage:

I was walking to the bus stop as I do every day from Monday to Friday, to go to school. As I was walking, I saw something glimmer in the distance. I walked up to it and it was a coin! I picked it up and it was a 1798 Draped Bust Large Cent. Boy was this my lucky day! Although it was terribly corroded, I saw it still had a lot of detail remaining so all it needed was a quick clean. So I put it in my pocket and kept it safe until I got home...

When I returned home I quickly cleaned it up and started to take pictures to show off to the people of CoinTalk. A few people attributed it for me as a Sheldon 188. Neat-o! I also found out that they had a mintage less than half a million, so there was another thing to be exited about.

This was my very first coin find and it turned out to be worth hundreds of dollars. I'm glad I go to school...

Remember, ALL answers must be sent through a PM! If anyone posts the answer(s) in the thread, I will close the contest and it will be over. Thank you and good luck!

Round 2 ends Monday, the 19th. This is a quick one, so hurry up!
