    picked up 37 $2 red seal notes, including 2 1928 (series F & G)

Any ideas on what to look for? Value (both for with & without writing on the 53's, the 28's both have some writing on them.

    Thanks.

Do you usually ask for $2s when you get halves?
I don't usually ask, but I'll take them if they offer them to me.

No, these were offered, and I wasn't even getting halves. The tellers in my local branch know that I am on the lookout for interesting items.

Only had time to go through 1 strap of 100 $1's, today, and my finds consist of:

    1995 JM
    1995 JJ
    1995 BX
    2001 DD

Kind of meh, but the '95 BX is pretty cool. I like finding those high block letters.

I also got a very, very nice (probably XF+) 1996 AJ-A $50 from my bank, today. Will probably spend it, though, because I don't save anything higher than $20's. Its hard for me to justify sitting on the high face value.

Picked up all the $2 notes that my local TD had in their mutilated/returns bag.
And got two replacements out of the 42 I got. (am liking that percentage)

For all the foreigners Click here to enlarge on the board.
The $2 note was removed from circulation in 1996 and all but two of the notes were from the previous 1974-1985 series. So its quite rare to find so many, especially the older ones.
